Based in London, Brendan Kilpatrick leads the London architectural group, which specialises in large scale urban regeneration and masterplanning covering urban projects in London and suburban schemes on in outer London and the south-East. He also leads the London campus which is comprised of inter-disciplinary specialist teams covering urban design, landscape architecture, environmental sustainability, town planning and transport planning. This wider team is uniquely equipped to oversee and deliver complex projects from inception to completion.

His expertise spans all forms of UK housing with a special emphasis on housing-led urban regeneration schemes where mixed tenure, mixed density residential buildings and non-housing elements need to be integrated into sustainable neighbourhoods.

He has extensive experience in design and build as a method of procurement both for refurbishment and new-build projects while working as both architect and project manager. His team has a reputation for delivering high quality, cost effective housing solutions which both match client budgets as well as the practice’s high standards of design quality.

Manisha Patel is an architect and urban designer. She specialises in residential and mixed use masterplanning in London and the South East working for developers, local authorities and regeneration agencies. She is currently leading on some of the practice's most high profile projects including Chobham Manor, the first of the post-Olympic sites on the Queen Elizabeth II Olympic Park. She is responsible for the masterplan on Portobello Square which won the Mayor's Prize at the 2015 Housing Design Awards.

She is also one of the practice's specialists in engaging with existing communities and is expert in galvanising local stakeholders in contributing to the design process. She has developed consultation programmes for Government Agencies, local authorities, housing associations, private developers and engaged in schools' curriculum. She has also helped develop strategy games to help municipal authorities in different countries understand the concept of urban regeneration.
