Our skill in optimising density served developers well and we were in the forefront of raising residential density in inner London.

The single-storey plan enabled the owners to choose the way they used and lived in the houses as all the accommodation was on one level and could be extended, opened up or subdivided either permanently or temporarily with sliding screens. More than 40 years on a strong sense of community still exists.
