We are seeking to appoint an experienced candidate to an exciting new role which will support our Partner with developing a proven new work stream. This leadership role will be within PRP's dynamic and innovative Development Consultancy team based at our London studio. The role will include researching and implementing new digital technology and software as well as developing the delivery processes that will help our clients to record, visualise and manage their residential building assets and meet forthcoming Hackitt process legislation.

Candidates should have the following experience, expertise and skills:

  • Personable, with very good verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Dynamic and driven to succeed
  • Project and team leadership
  • Client relationship management
  • Desire to utilise / explore innovative digital scanning, building modelling and viewing solutions
  • Building modelling ideally with experience of Revit / Recap Pro
  • Developing and establishing BIM standards and protocols
  • Experience of the digital scanning of buildings is desirable
  • Experience of other digital platforms would be beneficial
  • Architectural, building surveying or asset management background preferable

You should currently work in a digital surveying, architecture, construction, engineering or related hardware / software company and should have at least 5 years of proven industry experience.
