We are recruiting an experienced Technical Architect to join our thriving Development Consultancy team, working on existing residential buildings to investigate current construction conditions, and to develop and implement refurbishment and remediation solutions.

Candidates will ideally demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Refurbishing of existing buildings
• Construction defect investigation
• Construction detailing knowledge
• Proven project and team leadership skills
• Strong report writing and communication skills
• Working knowledge of the Building Regulations
• Autocad / Revit
• A good number of years of ARB registration
