Craig Sheach

Partner

Craig has designed and led a number of major award-winning schemes across the UK and internationally. His experience encompasses design-led mixed use, residential and Build-To-Rent developments as well as co-location projects on complex brownfield sites and in urban and town centre sites with high density.

Throughout his career, he has won a number of high-profile design-led competitions, including for projects in Lewisham and Woking Gateway.

Craig’s focus is to develop a narrative and create a unique identity for a project based on the site’s context, the brief and the stakeholder’s aspirations. His through-workstage experience means that he fully understands how to appraise and design a project to the highest quality. Craig also leads on graphic output for PRP.

Craig is a regular lecturer and has produced a number of thought leadership pieces for leading universities across the UK as well as an internal guidance document for mixed use town centre design for a major London Borough. He is also a member of two Design Review Panels.

His key projects at PRP include Kenavon Drive in Reading, Lewisham Gateway, Axion House in Lewisham, Marketfield Way in Redhill, Caxton Road in Haringey. He is currently leading on Pydar Street mixed use masterplan in Cornwall and on the outline masterplan for Akzo Nobel, in Slough.
