This 66,000 sq ft office conversion scheme will combine two existing buildings in Manchester's Mosley Street into one single address.

The proposals will see the refurbishment of the existing 75 Mosley Street and the remodelling of the existing façade of 73 Mosley Street with access to the unified offices via a new central reception. A roof top extension will create a terrace and new seventh floor which will connect both buildings.

Internal floorplates will be re-modelled to provide a flexible and contemporary workspace.
