High Path featured in 'London's Towns: Shaping the polycentric city' Insight Study

By PRP – 20 October 2017

PRP's High Path scheme for Clarion Housing Group is featured in New London Architecture's latest Insight Study and Exhibition which examines the future of the capital’s outer urban centres, exploring the next wave of development taking shape and looking ahead to how the capital could be strengthened as a truly polycentric city.

Showcased as an exemplar project seeking to transform an outer London town, High Path forms part of the Merton Regeneration Project aiming to boost Merton's supply of high-quality housing and forge a sustainable and resilient neighbourhood, based around a thriving, vibrant town centre. PRP and Clarion's ambitious vision for change hopes to transform High Path into a sustainable, inclusive, diverse neighbourhood, fully integrated with its surroundings, and designed to last for successive generations.
