Three PRP projects have been shortlisted for six categories at this year's British Homes Awards.

Acklam Road - Affordable Housing

Acklam Road is a mixed-use residential development for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), a leader in its New Homes Programme. Comprising 32 high-quality homes and two flexible community spaces, the project addresses complex urban challenges with innovative design solutions on a tight and challenging site.

Clapham Park C01 - Development of the Year (over 100 homes) and Regeneration Scheme of the Year

Delivering over 423 homes, C01 has optimised home design and efficiency providing an increased number of dwellings, while positively maintaining the contextual character of Clapham Park. The truly tenure blind buildings include affordable rent, shared ownership, private sale, and private rental homes via eight characterful modern mansions formed around a grand communal garden, accessible to all residents. The urban block activates and enhances the existing and new surrounding green streets and open public spaces forming an integral part of the masterplan.

Botanical Place - Best Public Realm and Placemaking, Later Living/Supported Living Design of the Year and Mixed-Use Development of the Year

Located in the heart of West Byfleet, Botanical Place has redefined retirement living through a design-led, community-focused approach that challenges traditional perceptions of later living developments in the UK. Positioned adjacent to West Byfleet train station with direct connectivity into London, the landmark mixed-use scheme has been carefully designed to reinvigorate the area and create a vibrant hub where wellbeing, independence and social connection sit at the core of everyday living.

We're proud of the hard work and collaboration that has gone into bringing these projects to life and look forward to celebrating their achievements at the awards ceremony on September 23rd.

Well done to all involved!
