Local Authorities as Developers – Sharing Experiences Seminar 25th Feb 2015

By PRP – 11 February 2015

GVA and PRP are jointly hosting a follow up to the seminar from last year regarding housing development by Local Authorities post-HRA reform.

The follow up seminar will be targeting outer London Boroughs and will focus on the themes of using their assets to develop new homes and estate renewal on lower density estates. It will cover viability modelling, funding options, delivery vehicles, private sector appetite, identifying housing needs, mix and tenures, design issues, and draw from examples of successful LA led development in London.

GVA and PRP will set out our approach and methodology for assessing and maximising existing assets and delivery options, and bring Local Authorities and other new players together to share knowledge and exchange experiences.

Please RSVP early to secure your place to rsvp@prparchitects.co.uk
