Eight PRP projects are shortlisted for Inside Housing Awards
We are delighted to announce that eight of PRP's schemes have made the shortlist for the Inside Housing Awards 2018.
The regeneration schemes of Maiden Lane in Camden and Christopher Boone's Court in Lewisham were shortlisted for the design quality category.
Christopher Boone's Court was also shortlisted for the best older people's housing development (over 71 homes) category along with Farrow Court, a sheltered housing scheme in Ashford.
Clapham Park, the UK’s largest successful full detail planning application of its kind was shortlisted for the best residential development (over 71 homes) category.
For the best inclusive development category, PRP's multigenerational house typology designed for Chobham Manor, one of the first Olympic Legacy sites, made the shortlist.
Bollo Lane, a PRS development in South Acton, was shortlisted for the best approach to modular construction category.
Limelight, one of the first UK delivered integrated hubs has been shortlisted for: best residential development, best affordable housing development and best older people’s housing development categories, submitted by Willmott Dixon with Trafford Housing Trust.
Finally, Fountains Close, a low rise affordable scheme, submitted by Richmond Housing Partnership, was shortlisted for the best regeneration project (over 71 homes).
Winning schemes will be announced on 29 November 2018 at The Brewery London.
