Limelight wins Property Award

On Wednesday evening, Limelight won the 'Wellbeing' category at the 2019 Property Awards. Trafford Housing Trust's vision for Limelight was for it to be much more than just a building. It wanted Limelight to be an amazing, innovative, and multi-use space that promotes flourishing lifestyles, and makes a real difference.

The undoubted success of Limelight is illustrated by the number of awards that it has won. A little over a year from first opening its doors, the list includes: Inside Housing's 'Best Affordable Housing Development', 2018; Inside Housing's 'Best Older People's Housing Development' 2018; Northern Housing Awards 'Best Affordable Housing', 2018, as well as being shortlisted for the 2018 Housing Design Awards 'HAPPI - Completed Project' and by RICS, in both the 'Residential' and 'Community Benefit' categories.
