Seven PRP projects shortlisted for a Housing Design Award

By PRP – 26 April 2018

We are delighted to announce that seven of our schemes have made the shortlist for the 2018 Housing Design Awards, showcasing PRP’s breadth of expertise working across the country on exciting and regionally important projects.

In the completed category, two London projects made the shortlist; Quadra, a residential scheme for the over 55s located in Hackney and Maiden Lane, the regeneration of the 1970s Benson & Forsythe estate in Camden.

Outside of London, three completed extra care developments have been shortlisted; Limelight in Manchester, Highwood Mills in Horsham and Oak Priory in Stoke-on-Trent.

Within the project category, Kenavon Drive, a mixed-tenure scheme located in Reading and Dice Blocks offering 101 private sale homes and views of St. Andrew’s Park, Uxbridge, both made the shortlist.

Winning schemes will be announced in July at the Housing Design Awards ceremony in London.

A full list of shortlisted schemes is available on the Housing Design Awards website.
