Three PRP projects shortlisted for the New London Architecture Awards
We are thrilled to announce that an international jury has shortlisted three of PRP's projects in the 2018 New London Architecture (NLA) awards.
The regeneration of Maiden Lane in Kings Cross has been shortlisted in the 'housing' category. The scheme provides the London Borough of Camden with 273 new homes as well as new retail and workspace. 45% of the new dwellings are for affordable rent.
In the 'homes' category, a multi-generational house has made the shortlist. Located on Chobham Manor, one of the first Olympic Legacy sites, the house enables different generations to live under the same roof. Quadra, a 'downsizer' development in Hackney, has also been shortlisted in the 'wellbeing' category.
Winning schemes will be announced on the 4th July 2018 at the New London Architecture awards ceremony in London
