PRP launches Development Consultancy
Development Consultancy, a brand new service offer for clients, strengthens PRP's range of in-house disciplines, including architecture, masterplanning, urban design, landscape and planning, as a truly interdisciplinary practice.
Officially launched at an event last week, the team will be led by Partner, Andrew Mellor, with support from Directors Phillip Pamment, Marylis Ramos and Toby Martin-Jay. PRP’s Development Consultancy will provide a full range of services relating to the lifecycle of a building or development – from design through to the construction, occupation, and refurbishment stages.
Commercially focused, the 30-strong team will offer expertise through a range of established, as well as innovative new services, relating to BIM, health and wellbeing, construction quality, building performance and whole life costing, supporting clients to deliver projects to the highest quality and to operate buildings efficiently and sustainably.
