PRP is excited to announce that six of our schemes have been shortlisted for the British Homes Awards:

Axion House

Located in the London Borough of Lewisham, Axion House is a mixed-use development that integrates 141 affordable homes with commercial spaces. The site combines riverside areas focused on housing with rail-side commercial areas which provide employment opportunities. Axion House supports balanced growth and highlights the importance of integrated urbanism.

Coppermaker Square

Coppermaker Square represents a best-in-class Build-to-Rent development, comprising over 145,000 sqm of residential, amenity and retail space adjacent to Westfield Stratford City and with exceptional local, national and international transport connections.

Signal Park

Signal Park is the central feature of Tolworth Village—a flexible, inclusive public square that blends urban living with a high-quality landscape. Designed to be safe, vibrant, and creative, it offers year-round use and encourages the community to socialise, play, and relax.

Ashmere Garden Village Phase 1

This completed phase marks the gateway to a new village on a former chalk quarry, providing 281 homes for Countryside Partnerships, Latimer by Clarion Housing Group, and Vistry Group. The development integrates seamlessly into its surroundings, offering a mix of high-quality homes.

Huntley Wharf

Completed for Berkeley Group Plc and L&Q, Huntley Wharf transforms two former retail sheds into a vibrant mixed-use development. The project celebrates the area’s Victorian heritage while providing a modern residential quarter that is both dynamic and sustainable.

Wycliffe Park

A completed retirement village for Audley Group and Royal London Asset Management, Wycliffe Park embraces a cohesive rural aesthetic. The development features character-rich spaces connected by landscaped pathways, offering residents a tranquil, high-quality living environment.

Congratulations to all the teams involved! We are so proud of the work and collaboration that has gone into bringing them to life. This recognition reflects the continued commitment of our teams to creating sustainable, innovative, and community-focused spaces.

We look forward to seeing these projects continue to inspire and set the standard in housing design.
