PRP wins approval for Mosley Street office conversion scheme
Last week, planning permission was granted to transform 67-75 Mosley Street into high-quality office space. The 66,000 sq ft conversion scheme will combine two existing buildings in Manchester into one single address.
The proposals will see the refurbishment of the existing 75 Mosley Street and the remodelling of the existing façade of 73 Mosley Street with access to the unified offices via a new central reception. A roof top extension will create a terrace and new seventh floor which will connect both buildings. New retail and leisure opportunities will also be created at ground level.
PRP has been working with Boultbee Brooks Real Estate (BBRE) and OBI Property on the development.
