We’re proud to share that PRP brought home multiple awards at this week’s British Homes Awards. As described in the winners spotlight, the judges felt PRP “demonstrated significant sector expertise, securing an impressive treble of major accolades. (…) This success across distinct categories underscores PRP's commitment to delivering integrated, high-quality residential environments across the board.”

Signal Park brought home the award for Best Garden/Landscaping Design: Judges praised the scheme as playful, intimate and cleverly resolved, noting how a compact site feels larger through thoughtful sight lines and a rich sequence of spaces. They highlighted biodiverse planting, including a micro-forest ambition, varied seating, clear circulation and pedestrian-first character. The project was commended for transforming brownfield land, integrating sustainable drainage and creating a genuine community node with strong accessibility and inclusive design. One judge remarked: “Signal Park excels in creating an intimate, community-focused pocket park with strong design integration and inclusive principles.”

Wycliffe Park won the category for Later Living/Supported Living Design of the Year: Judges commended the clarity of the concept and the response to its protected rural context, noting cohesive placemaking that prioritises wellbeing and social connection. They praised the sequence of outdoor rooms and routes, the domestic character, and the disciplined material palette. The scheme was cited as exemplary for supported living in countryside settings, offering adaptability, dignity and strong community identity while integrating public-facing amenities. One judge remarked: “Wycliffe Park is an excellent and contextually responsive scheme, especially notable for its cluster-based village approach that reintroduces scale, light, and connection to the outdoors in a sensitive AONB setting.”

Regeneration Scheme of the Year was brought home by Huntley Wharf, Kenavon Drive: Judges consistently described Huntley Wharf as a standout with a distinctive identity and a rich, cohesive character. They celebrated the success of the canalside realm and courtyard spaces, the clarity of the concept, and the way heritage influences are translated into confident contemporary architecture. The neighbourhood feel, human scale and active ground-level interfaces were commended, contributing to a place judges felt would be desirable to live in and a compelling benchmark for regeneration. One judge remarked: “The standout project in the category with strong architectural identity and a rich mix of building types and styles.”

Ashmere Graden Village Phase 1 was Highly Commended in its category of Development of the Year (over 100 homes). Axion House and Coppermaker Square were shortlisted for the Affordable Housing and Best Community Living respectively.

We are so proud of the hard work and collaboration that has gone into bringing these projects to life and look forward to seeing them continue to inspire and set the standard in housing design.

Well done to all involved!
