Rising Star Award 2016

By PRP – 3 December 2015

The Rising Star award was launched in 2012 by UK-GBC and PRP in memory of Mel Starrs, an expert in sustainability who believed passionately in creating a better built environment. In its 4th year, the award celebrates an outstanding innovator in the building industry who has acted as a catalyst for change in relation to sustainability and environmental performance.

Nominations are now open, visit UK-GBC to place yours. Eligible candidates will be passionate individuals who have devised innovative ways of sharing knowledge, communicating and promoting ideas, engaging with others, changing working
methods, challenging policy, promoting or improving performance in relation to sustainability. Candidates from all disciplines and sectors operating in the built environment are welcome.

This is a fantastic opportunity to recognise a colleague’s sustainability agenda and shine a light on their achievements. Entries will close on January 11, the winner will be announced at Ecobuild in March 2016.
