The RSA Student Design Awards 2016/17

By PRP – 8 September 2016

PRP are proud to be supporting the 2016/17 Royal Society of Arts Student Awards. Now in its 93rd year, the awards count among its alumni some of today’s leading creative minds, including Sir Jonathan Ive, Chief Design Officer at Apple, fashion designer Betty Jackson CBE RDI, and designer and founder of PriestmanGoode Paul Priestman.

The RSA Student Design Awards challenges students and new graduates to use design thinking and skills to develop inspiring solutions that tackle real-world social, environmental and economic problems. This year, PRP and the Office for Disability Issues have collaborated on a project brief called Inclusive Living, its aim being to inspire change to ensure the equal participation of disabled people in society. The brief calls for proposals that respond to changing social structures, challenge the current way we design our homes and foster positive inter-generational connections.
