We’re seeking an experienced Interim Head of Marketing to cover maternity leave. The candidate will lead our marketing efforts, ensuring a robust and consistent brand presence. 

Reporting into the Partners and leading a team of three, this is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional looking to take the next step in their career, gaining experience in a senior leadership position within a top AJ100 architectural firm.

The role covers a broad spectrum of communications and marketing activities, providing a unique opportunity to influence and shape our brand during a pivotal time.

Principal responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing end-to-end campaigns across print, digital and broadcast platforms and heading up internal and external communications.

You’ll oversee all PRP’s social media channels (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), oversee content creation, maintain strong media relations, and have experience in managing and executing major marketing events (e.g. MIPIM, CIH Brighton, Housing Manchester, UKREIIF).

With 6+ years in marketing, you’ll have a proven record in managing campaigns, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the built environment sector. Experience with Mailchimp, CRM systems, and analytics tools is a plus. You should be creative, detail-oriented, and adept at crisis communications, branding, and digital content creation. Advanced skills in market research and strategy development are also essential.
