Project Managers

Full time

LONDON

We're looking for Project Managers to join our Development Consultancy team at our London studio.

We're keen to expand our practice with people who we believe will thrive in our fantastic working environment. At the core of our culture and ethos is our desire to encourage employees to feel part of the wider PRP team as well as their local studio.

Your role as a PM at PRP will involve administering residential cladding and remediation projects, in addition to a wider range of Employer's Agent work with leading affordable housing providers, with potential opportunities to work on the procurement and delivery of new build residential projects. The ability to maintain and build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders is essential, along with having a core knowledge of Building Safety Regulations and processes.

You'll have a track record and understanding of contract administration of JCT build contracts, including payment processes and contract arrangements, and be able to chair and minute meetings. Contract negotiation skills are desirable but not essential.

If you’re keen to develop your career under the guidance of our experienced team, in an inclusive and collaborative environment, and have an interest in working towards chartership (e.g. RICS/CIOB), we’d love to hear from you!

As well as a competitive salary, the benefits include:
