People Roumpini Perakaki

Roumpini is an urban designer and masterplanner specialising in the design and assessment of the built environment. She has worked on a wide range of projects of various scales and gained extensive experience in masterplanning and urban design, with a primary focus on large-scale urban regeneration schemes.

She has led numerous projects, from feasibility studies and options appraisals to outline planning applications, design codes, and the development of stakeholder and community engagement strategies. Passionate about placemaking, she is committed to delivering inclusive and intergenerational masterplans.

Roumpini is also a PhD candidate researching models of future smart resilient cities via sensory mapping, contributing to academic conferences and presenting papers on the social, economic, and environmental benefits of public spaces.
