  • Oak Priory is the second of three developments being delivered as part of the Stoke-on-Trent Extra Care PFI project.
    Comprising 175 two bed extra care apartments, the scheme is located in the centre of a large residential neighbourhood. The architecture
    adopts a civic feel, encouraging residents, as well as the wider community, to make full use of the buildings and engender a deep sense of pride in their neighbourhood.

    Oak Priory is set in beautiful landscaped gardens and features vibrant communal spaces clustered around a three storey atrium, flooded with natural light. The design creates two distinct, albeit connected buildings. Fusing traditional form with contemporary materials, including brick facades, generous cantilevered balconies and zinc detailing, the scheme is rich and varied in detail.
