PRP has developed proposals for a total of 766 quality new homes on the former Morris Walk North and South estates in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

A mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses and apartments are proposed, providing new affordable and private sale homes, alongside associated landscaped communal amenity spaces, play spaces, parking and non-residential uses. The new proposals would transform the area and regenerate the obsolete housing estate.

The scheme will comprise 253 affordable homes, including 177 affordable rent and 76 shared ownership homes. Nearly half of all homes on Morris South will be family homes.

The proposals provide a high-quality inclusive design which is sympathetic to the surrounding area, strengthening the visual connection across the rail line and providing green links to Maryon Park.

The scale and form of the new buildings respond to the existing homes in the immediate context and integrate new green squares for people to meet and play.
