PRP was commissioned by Hill Residential and housing association BPHA to develop a masterplan and detailed design proposals for 240 two-to-four-storey homes on the southern fringes of Cambridge, as well as a 100-bedroom student residence for the Bell Educational Trust.

PRP worked closely with landscape architects Robert Myer to create a high-quality public realm for the site, which is located near open fields and affords striking views towards the Gog Magog hills. Interlocking fingers of building and countryside allow the open landscape to flow into the scheme.
