Traditional mews houses, mansion blocks and terraced housing served as the model for Catalyst Housing Group’s 1,000 home development which has been masterplanned by PRP to create Wornington Green, a new urban quarter. The most ambitious regeneration scheme in Kensington and Chelsea for decades, it is built around the newly created Portobello Square and social housing is seamlessly integrated with private housing to create a truly tenure-blind development.

PRP has also provided detailed design for the first phase of the masterplan for 124 homes which re-establishes a traditional street pattern.
