Park Heights is the signature building in Network Homes' ongoing transformation of the Stockwell Park Estate, located between Stockwell and Brixton town centres. The high-quality, tenure-blind development, designed by PRP, creates a new landmark for Stockwell, offering breath-taking views across London.

The exemplar scheme replaces an outdated and poorly maintained 1960s building, Wayland House. Offering an improved mix of tenure, the high-rise development utilises a durable material palette, referencing both the neighbouring conservation area, as well as newer buildings in its surroundings, to create an asset for the estate and wider neighbourhood.

Boasting a dramatic, double-height entrance for all residents to use - regardless of tenure - and communal roof terraces, the design emulates high-end Central London living whilst providing a much needed mix of housing for the local area.
