An award winning s106 scheme on the southern fringes of Cambridge, Abode is an example of our ability to deliver well designed homes under a fixed price s106 procurement route. The scheme comprises 112 homes pepper potted throughout a tenure blind Countryside development. We were appointed as EA/ QS by BPHA and worked closely with Countryside to tailor the homes to meet BPHA's needs. Our design awareness within the team was invaluable as BPHA wanted us to reconfigure the internal layout to convert the open plan layout into individual rooms without changing the consented fenestration. We also wrote the master set of Employer's Requirements for all of the other consultants working on the other sites within the southern fringe masterplan.
