Development Consultancy

Carolina is an Associate in the Development Consultancy team, her role focuses on daylight and sunlight compliance, as well as thermal analysis (thermal comfort, overheating and energy efficiency of building fabric) and solar energy (envelope solar radiation studies). With an architectural background, her experience spans managing construction sites, project management, as well as environmental design and research.

She has also taken part in the Green Building Codes project in Colombia, which aimed to design and seek approval of a national regulatory framework that promotes energy efficiency and water conservation in buildings. During 2014, Carolina was also involved in the 'EDGE' project, a certification system and tool developed by the IFC (World Bank group) in their headquarters in Washington DC.
