PRP

Chobham Manor is the first of the 2012 Olympic legacy village's in the Queen Elizabeth Park to be built. Our consultants developed comprehensive strategies to ensure that the new residential buildings met the highly aspirational sustainability performance targets set out in the masterplan planning conditions by the London Legacy Development Company, including the high performance Fabric Energy Efficiency standards and a number of zero carbon homes. PRP is undertaking the sunlight and daylight analysis, pedestrian wind modelling, climate change resilience analysis, BREEAM assessments, as well as developing the energy, water conservation and sustainable construction strategies and testing junction details for thermal bridging.
