Well connected to central London in the heart of Greenwich, Kidbrooke Village is located on what was the Ferrier Estate and is one of the most ambitious regeneration schemes in Europe. Four new neighbourhoods are being created within 35 hectares of parkland, each with a complete mix of tenures and amenities to suit buyers and renters of all ages.

This scheme for Berkeley Homes will provide 150 homes as part of the wider Kidbrooke Village masterplan, and when delivered will complete the Blackheath Quarter. The design creates six residential streets with four unique housing typologies that have been designed to create a diverse neighbourhood and socially cohesive community.

Eighty-five apartments, 14 podium houses, 19 four storey town houses and 32 (back to back) urban houses will be provided, which together with high quality landscaping and green infrastructure will create clear sense of identity while promoting a healthy lifestyle. All homes have been designed for modular construction and incorporate standardised elements whilst creating variation between typology and character.
